It’s been almost a year since this sweet baby boy entered the world, and the beginning of spring in Boston brings back memories from the morning of his newborn session! Since this family lived in Beacon Hill at the time, we hopped over to the Boston Public Garden to capture the sunrise. I can vividly remember how peaceful this family of three looked while they sat underneath a willow tree. We had the garden mostly to ourselves, with the exception of a few early morning joggers who passed by and smiled at their little bundle.

Of all of the moms and dads that I’ve photographed, these two stand out as some of the most loving parents I’ve ever met. The joy and pride that showed on their faces left me smiling for the rest of that morning. Although they moved away from Boston after I photographed their session, I’ve enjoyed keeping up with them via Facebook and watching their newborn grow into a giggling baby!
