After I wrapped an adorable baby session in the Boston Public Garden a couple of days ago, I found myself walking away from the train station and back toward Beacon Hill. The crisp air smelled especially perfect, and the trees and flower boxes had lit up in a rainbow of spring colors. My shutter finger itched to capture this city that I adore, so I spent the last of the sunlight wandering around like I used to when I had just begun to fall in love with photography.
Every time I take out my camera “just because,” I come away newly inspired with a fresh perspective to take into my client sessions. Here’s to shooting more personal work in 2017!
