Chandler and I had lots to talk about while we took her senior pictures because she’s going to my alma mater next year, the University of Rochester! I remember how excited and terrified I was (but mostly excited) to head across the country to go to college, and I can’t wait for her to experience that too.
I think Chandler’s loves can be summed up in two categories: books & cats. We included both of those in her senior photos, which involved a trip to the nearby bookstore.
While she was changing outfits in my trunk, she told me that she heard a strange noise coming from the door, which turned out to be the motor for the automatic trunk opener. I tried everything to get it to stop, including turning the car on and off and opening and closing the trunk, but NOTHING worked, and the door was jammed open. I started to panic because I knew the motor would drain the car battery if it kept running. Not knowing what else to do, we asked Chandler’s mom to watch the car for us, and Chandler and I left to continue her senior photos (I didn’t want to waste good sunlight!) To my complete surprise, I came back to find Chandler’s whole family working on the trunk. With a little thinking and a YouTube video, they fixed the car for me! I was SO incredibly grateful 🙂 Check out the photos of them in action below!
