Danielle and John are both active duty military pilots who met in navy flight school (badass couple alert!). Before deploying last summer, they booked a little vacation from Florida to Boston. At the time that I met them, they had been married for a year and a half and were about to go long-distance.

Most couples hire me because they’re celebrating an engagement, so it was really cool to spend time with a couple who was already married and had lots of stories to tell! In Danielle’s words, here’s how they met:

“We were in the same class in navy flight school, and John always says he would try to make people in the class laugh. Soon he realized that I was the only one he was trying to get to laugh at his jokes. He asked me out, we started dating, and the rest is history!”
