The last time I photographed this family, Ella was an only child and still making up her mind about how she felt in front of the camera…but fast-forward a couple of years, and she’s now a toddler filled with personality and a new BIG SISTER!
Always-smiling baby Logan really completes their crew, and I love seeing how they’ve grown into their new status as a family of four. I had so much fun documenting the newly-minted siblings! My favorite moment? When Ella spontaneously decided to start piling grass on Logan’s head, and he LOVED it! These two had alllll of the adults cracking up!
As an add-on to their photos in the Boston Public Garden, we spent the first part of the session at Acorn Street (located just a few minutes away in the neighboring Beacon Hill). With its classic cobblestone goodness, it was the perfect “Bostonian” location to complement the BPG!
We also added their two dogs into the mix for their complete family photo. Dogs are welcome at family sessions, and this family planned it perfectly by bringing grandma & grandpa to take the dogs after their part of the session was complete.
If you’re curious about how I photographed this session, here’s a little video to show you a peek behind-the-scenes!
